1. Who runs the site

The site avtodelo.bg is run by BALTWERK Ltd., reg. No. 40203056827, VAT No. LV40203056827, address: Kaivas street 29 k-2-71, Riga, LV-1021, Latvia, e-mail: info@avtodelo.bg (“we” below). By using the site you accept these terms.

2. What the site is

avtodelo.bg is a catalogue of AvtoDelo products: descriptions, sizes, specifications, drawings and photos. No goods are sold and no sales contracts are concluded on the site; prices and availability are not shown on the site.

3. Buying on eMAG

AvtoDelo products are sold online in the AvtoDelo shop at eMAG, where they are being added gradually; the site avtodelo.bg does not take orders. The order, price, payment, delivery, returns and consumer rights are governed by the terms of eMAG and by the contract with the seller named on eMAG. “Buy at eMAG” links open an external site — its operator is responsible for its content and terms.

4. Business requests

The “Business request” form is for contacting us: a manager calls you back at the phone number you give. A request is not an order, and our reply or quote is not a contract until both parties confirm it in writing. How we process the data from the form is described in the Privacy policy.

5. Product information

• We do our best to keep product data accurate and up to date, but mistakes are possible. If you notice one, please write to us.
• Photos and drawings are illustrative: the colour, packaging and marking of the product may differ.
• Specifications are for information. Read the product’s instructions and warnings before use.

6. Copyright and trade mark

The texts, photos, drawings and design of the site, as well as the AvtoDelo trade mark, are protected. Copying them for commercial purposes without our written consent is not allowed. You are welcome to share links to the pages of the site.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the site or for damage from using the information on it, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited, including in cases of intent or gross negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is on this page, with the date of the last change.

9. Governing law
